 We're now three quarters of the way through what we originally planned to do, although we've already committed to a couple of follow up meetings as we really do want to leave a legacy of the project. It is being a really great experience meeting and working with different people and sharing ideas.

I wondered at the beginning of the process whether we would come across the same ideas everywhere or total apathy. Fortunately neither has been the case and it really looks as is there will be groups building and growing from the seeds we are sowing....exciting or what?!

We did it!

Our first focus group yesterday felt amazing. Thank you so much to those people who came along it felt such a positive session. The nucleus of a group was already there, so Suki and I look forward to helping Borderline and Beyond get itself properly established.

It was such a buzz to feel that after all the planning a group was actually running well. An amazing piece of artwork is currently adorning our office wall, which we looked at and were able to think 'wow - we did that!'

Blogging is the latest  new skill I'm getting my head round!

On 29 April, less than 2 weeks away our first focus group goes ahead to try to find out how we can develop peer support for people with personality disorder. It should be a fun afternoon, starting with an (optional) art activity at 2pm, followed by tea and homemade cakes. Would anyone like to suggest their favourite types of cake?
